Originates and manages mortgage loans by building agent relationships, taking applications, guiding borrowers through pre-approval and closing, following up on leads and loan documents, and maintaining a strong pipeline to meet sales goals.

Manage outbound sales efforts: prospect and qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain pipeline, meet quotas, develop customer relationships, gather product feedback, and recruit and hire a sales team. First months include high-volume outbound calls to learn product and create sales script.

Unpaid marketing internship supporting tactical planning and execution across advertising, social media, graphic design, events, direct mail, and email campaigns. Work with influencer/content-creator clients (including Patreon/OnlyFans), manage projects, assist with paid ads and copywriting, and gain exposure to all aspects of a corporate marketing program.
