Manage outbound sales efforts: prospect and qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain pipeline, meet quotas, develop customer relationships, gather product feedback, and recruit and hire a sales team. First months include high-volume outbound calls to learn product and create sales script.

Originates and manages mortgage loans by building agent relationships, taking applications, guiding borrowers through pre-approval and closing, following up on leads and loan documents, and maintaining a strong pipeline to meet sales goals.

Support executive and execute digital marketing tasks across paid ads, social media, email/direct mail campaigns, influencer relations, graphic design coordination, and event/marketing collateral production. Assist with project management and content creation while learning tactical marketing operations.
