Originates and manages mortgage loans by building agent relationships, taking applications, guiding borrowers through pre-approval and closing, following up on leads and loan documents, and maintaining a strong pipeline to meet sales goals.

Support tactical marketing planning and execution across advertising, graphic design, events, social media, direct mail, and email campaigns. Create content, assist with paid ads and copywriting, manage social channels, help with influencer outreach and marketing collateral, and perform administrative/executive assistant tasks. Gain broad exposure to startup fintech marketing operations.
