Lead accounting operations, month-end/year-end close, internal controls, grant and restricted-fund accounting, audit and compliance support, supervise finance staff, manage outsourced accounting vendor, and improve processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.

Coordinate with Communications and Development teams, attend meetings to take notes and ensure follow-up, and support events including evening/weekend commitments. Serve as primary internal/external liaison and ensure efficient execution of executive priorities.

The Individual Giving Officer manages donor relationships and strategies to grow contributions, focusing on individual donors giving over $5,000 annually. Responsibilities include donor engagement, stewardship, and collaborating across teams to align giving with organizational goals.

Fellowship to support litigation and advocacy at the intersection of civil rights and technology. Conduct fact research, engage communities and stakeholders, develop and potentially implement litigation or advocacy strategies focused on surveillance pricing or generative AI discrimination.
