Manage a portfolio of LawVu accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion at scale. Own onboarding, stakeholder engagement, train-the-trainer programs, health scoring, and renewals. Collaborate with Support, Product, and Digital CS to improve processes and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to achieve net revenue retention targets.

Design, build and maintain AI-powered full-stack features; own lifecycle from POC to production; contribute to architecture and integrations; enforce security and AI governance; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with product, design, and customers.

Own end-to-end analytics delivery: translate stakeholder questions into production data products using Databricks and Power BI. Design scalable data models, ensure data quality and governance, build automated tests, optimize performance, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customers in an Agile environment.
