Administer and secure server, cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure through vulnerability remediation, patching, hardening, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Maintain EDR, MDR, and SIEM platforms; investigate and escalate security alerts; support compliance, risk assessments, and change management. Maintain cloud disaster recovery, backups, replication, restoration, and testing. Troubleshoot complex issues independently, coordinate remediation with technical teams and vendors, document security procedures, and provide senior technical guidance.

Provides administrative and legal document support to corporate commercial lawyers, including drafting, proofreading, closing books, file management, calendaring, billing, time entry, client and matter openings, travel coordination, and meeting arrangements. The role also handles correspondence, expense reporting, invoicing support, database maintenance, confidential information, and general coverage for legal teams.

Provides Tier 1 help desk support through calls and email, troubleshoots end-user hardware, software, peripherals, access, identity, conferencing, mobile devices, and security tools. Supports office equipment and phone setups, investigates issues with vendors and application teams, and participates in rotating after-hours on-call coverage. The role is fully onsite in downtown Vancouver and requires strong communication, analytical, and customer-service skills.
