Lead Product Data Analyst responsible for marketplace modeling, analysis, reporting, metrics governance, and analytics engineering. The role partners with product managers and stakeholders to produce actionable insights, build trusted dashboards, enable self-service reporting, and create clean, documented dbt datasets. Work includes A/B testing, multivariate modeling, retention and ETA analysis, advanced SQL, and occasional Python or R statistical analysis. This is an autonomous individual-contributor role focused on the Pro supply side of the marketplace.

Lead product data analysis for the marketplace’s Pro supply side by modeling data, conducting A/B tests and statistical analyses, building trusted reports and dashboards, and creating clean dbt datasets. Partner with product managers and stakeholders to influence decisions, improve metric consistency, enable self-service analytics, and foster a data-driven culture. This is an autonomous individual-contributor role requiring advanced SQL, intermediate Python or R, strong business judgment, and daily use of AI tools.

Lead a distributed team of 4–5 engineers, owning people development, delivery reliability, team health, cross-functional coordination, technical direction, and AI workflow adoption. Build growth plans, address performance and conflict directly, manage delivery risks, collaborate with Product and Design, and maintain technical credibility without becoming a bottleneck. The role emphasizes remote-native leadership, data-driven management, predictable execution, and using AI tools to improve engineering throughput and quality.
