Lead quality strategy and automation for web and mobile products: design and expand E2E and integration tests (Cypress), own bug triage-to-fix lifecycle, partner cross-functionally with Product/Design/Data, improve QA processes, perform exploratory testing, and leverage AI tools to increase test coverage and efficiency.

The role handles inbound calls, chats, and emails, assists users with app navigation and payments, and maintains service standards.
