Build search strategy, run LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing and outreach, deliver qualified candidates, report sourcing metrics, join intake calls, and provide market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.

Own and execute paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for both homeowners and service providers. Build full-funnel campaigns, design tests, manage budgets across geographies and seasons, analyze performance against unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC), direct creative, expand platforms (CTV/streaming), and hire and scale a team as the channel grows.
