Supports business operations across onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, risk, IT troubleshooting, software rollouts, facilities, health and safety, HR administration, finance support, events, and internal projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to helping teams operate effectively in a fast-paced legal services environment.

Handle incoming and outgoing legal post: open, review, log correspondence to the matter system, liaise with lawyers, print and package outgoing mail, maintain secure filing, create deed packets, and arrange archiving or returns.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of U.S. immigration matters, including family petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, fiancé visas, TN visas, and E2 visas. Advise clients, prepare and file visa applications, and collaborate with co-counsel. Serve as an immigration subject matter expert for the company’s AI legal platform by reviewing product features, workflows, edge cases, risks, and regulatory considerations.
