Develops advanced data analytics, statistical and machine-learning models, risk assessments, anomaly detection, dashboards, and automated workflows for federal oversight, audits, and investigations. Cleans and integrates structured and unstructured data, communicates findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, documents reproducible analytical processes, trains staff, and maintains models and pipelines while complying with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and data-governance requirements.

Supports federal acquisition and contract management activities for a Defense Health Network headquarters. Responsibilities include preparing acquisition packages, researching procurement requirements, tracking contract milestones and funding, analyzing procurement data, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and identifying corrective actions. The role requires federal contract management experience, contracting certification, knowledge of procurement regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and U.S. citizenship.

Conducts research, database queries, open-source reviews, and analysis of financial, electronic, grant, and investigative records to identify fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct. Supports allegation intake, case development, evidence preparation, interviews, reporting, timelines, visualizations, and investigative briefings. Maintains case files and sensitive records, tracks milestones, coordinates reviews, and follows federal laws, investigative standards, and NSF OIG policies.
