Define testing strategies, review requirements, execute manual and automated functional, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, accessibility, API, and integration testing. Build and maintain UI and API automation suites within CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate user acceptance testing, manage defects and release-risk reporting, and improve QA processes. Evaluate AI agents and LLM features using datasets that assess accuracy, consistency, and guardrails.

Lead a team of senior full-stack AI engineers while designing, building, and deploying AI agents, LLM applications, RAG workflows, and tool-calling systems. Develop .NET web applications, APIs, and Python AI services supporting eDiscovery, eHearings, and internal automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver requirements, and own Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and production quality across Azure or AWS environments.

Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications using tool calling, agent workflows, RAG, and APIs. Develop full-stack .NET applications, APIs, and Python AI services supporting eDiscovery, eHearings, and process automation. Write tested code using TDD and BDD, collaborate within an Agile team, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing, inactive, and low-spending clients; build relationships, understand client needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, generate qualified meetings, manage assigned accounts, maintain Salesforce records, track sales pipelines, and provide client and market feedback. The role supports account retention and offers a pathway into client relationship and strategic account management.

Conduct first-level, relevance, privilege, and issue-coding reviews; perform redactions; maintain confidentiality, quality, and productivity standards; and support short- and long-term high-volume document review projects using Relativity or similar platforms.

Entry-level LPO Associate role for freshers or candidates with data-entry experience. Responsibilities require strong communication, fast and accurate typing, and sound Microsoft Excel knowledge. Any degree is acceptable. Immediate joining and rotational shift availability are required.

Review legal documents for a one-month contract assignment. Candidates must have at least two years of document review experience and be available to join immediately. This is a work-from-office position.

Provide e-Discovery consulting to legal teams, including information governance, computer forensics, document review and production, analytics and active learning workflows; manage projects, train clients, handle budgets and timelines, and support deliverables.
