Provide technical support for eTrial environments by setting up and testing courtroom IT, audio/visual, networking, streaming, and server equipment. Monitor live web streams, manage exhibits, databases, metadata, confidential evidence, and transcription support. The role also involves client and legal-team communication, venue fit-outs, and delivering reliable technical solutions in pressurised live environments.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing, inactive, and low-spending clients; build relationships, understand client needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, generate qualified meetings, and manage an assigned account portfolio. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, track sales opportunities, provide pipeline updates, support account retention, and share client insights with the sales team.

Provide legal process outsourcing support by preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents; perform basic technical tasks (hyperlinking, coding, annotation, redaction, extraction); manage data and generate Excel reports; use Adobe PDF to review and organize documents; ensure accuracy, confidentiality, timely completion, and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.

Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts through prospecting, solution-based selling, account planning, networking, and relationship management. Identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities, maintain Salesforce pipeline data and forecasts, lead sales pitches and negotiations, coordinate internal experts, resolve service concerns, and achieve revenue targets.

Serve as the first point of contact for transcription clients by responding to enquiries, providing job updates, coordinating transcription administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting invoicing and billing. The role requires strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Experience with finance systems, transcription, legal services, or workflow coordination is desirable.
