Install, configure, and maintain firewalls, servers, wireless networks, printers, and VoIP; provide Tier 3 escalation; manage Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune and security tooling (N-able, endpoint protection, spam filtering); produce technical documentation and improve MSP processes. Remote with occasional on-site visits in Raleigh, NC. Contract-to-hire potential.
