Manages corporate and commercial legal matters, including contract review, legal documentation, litigation materials, legal research, compliance programs, and legislative updates. Advises internal departments on legal language and risk mitigation while maintaining accurate records and presenting analytical reports. Requires a law degree, 3–5 years of corporate experience, strong English, computer literacy, and knowledge of corporate compliance, preferably in healthcare.

Provides advanced technical support and administers Microsoft 365, identity systems, Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoints, networking, and AV infrastructure. Owns incident resolution, root-cause analysis, system health monitoring, infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, documentation, asset management, and IT projects within a regulated GMP environment.

Oversee bookkeeping, tax obligations, financial reporting, and accounting operations for group companies. Prepare IFRS financial statements, monthly reports, and period-end closings; monitor stock procedures and cost accounting; ensure regulatory and internal-control compliance; improve accounting processes; coordinate with auditors and tax authorities; and supervise junior accounting staff.
