Oversee budgets, profitability, labor KPIs, operating margins, and growth initiatives. Represent the firm at conferences and networking events, oversee marketing campaigns, and use CRM and AI tools to expand the client base. The role requires Indianapolis-based leadership, extensive travel, 24/7 availability, and strategic oversight of investigative operations.

Manage recurring asset-recovery data production cycles by extracting state unclaimed-property lists, coordinating vendor batching and skip tracing, cleaning and segmenting outreach data, researching public social profiles, coordinating mail, call-center, and social outreach, and tracking response metrics to improve funnel performance.

As a Missing Heir Specialist, you will engage potential heirs to explain estate recovery processes, secure agreements, and guide them through onboarding in a high-volume sales setting.
