Lead and grow the Investigations Division from Indianapolis, managing investigative teams and 1099 investigators, overseeing criminal/civil/proprietary cases, budgets, profitability, marketing, and representation at conferences. Drive operational excellence, adoption of CRM/AI tools, and business development while being on-call and traveling as required.

As a Missing Heir Specialist, you will engage potential heirs to explain estate recovery processes, secure agreements, and guide them through onboarding in a high-volume sales setting.
