Design, operate, and scale the company I developer platform and core AI infrastructure. Enable internal teams to build, test, and publish AI agents; enforce AI standards and governance; manage model configurations, usage analytics, spend governance, observability, and MCP server integrations; and provide documentation, training, and support to internal builders.

Support and maintain integrations between Laurel and client ERPs/PMS (notably SAP S/4HANA). Build and test Boomi processes, monitor integration health, respond to alerts, troubleshoot data flows, perform root cause analysis, and serve as Level 2 escalation. Coordinate migrations, communicate with client technical contacts, document processes, and collaborate with Principal Engineers and product teams to resolve complex issues and improve reliability.

Lead enterprise sales for Laurel's AI Time platform into professional services, managing full sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract negotiation, demonstrating ROI to C-suite, conducting demos/RFP responses, collaborating with engineering and account management, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, and meeting/exceeding quotas.
