Leads and scales LaunchDarkly’s Americas sales organization across Strategic, Enterprise, and Corporate segments. Owns new business and expansion revenue, go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation, forecasting, territory planning, sales execution, and operating discipline. Builds and develops a multi-level sales team, engages in strategic deals, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Enablement, Finance, and Revenue Operations to drive predictable growth.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market SaaS accounts across EMEA, including pipeline generation, territory planning, relationship management, executive engagement, consultative selling, forecasting, and account expansion. Partner with solutions engineers, customer success, support, marketing, and revenue operations to guide customers through evaluation, purchase, adoption, and long-term growth.
