Partner with Account Executives to win enterprise deals in India by leading technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, and technical evaluations. Build relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and DevOps teams; translate complex technology into business outcomes; support customer champions; and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires expertise in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, CI/CD, feature management, progressive delivery, and modern software architectures.

Own revenue accounting activities, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, ASC 606 contract reviews, revenue schedules, audit support, and evaluation of complex commercial terms. Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and system teams to assess new products, improve accounting processes, automate controls, and integrate CRM, billing, usage, and ERP data. Provide technical revenue recognition guidance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Leads LaunchDarkly’s Cloud Engineering team, overseeing people management, AWS infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, CockroachDB, incident response, reliability, disaster recovery, and compliance infrastructure. Owns operational health and a multi-quarter infrastructure insourcing program while guiding technical priorities, automation, migrations, AI-assisted engineering practices, cross-team collaboration, hiring, and team development.
