Teams at Launch Housing

Provides case management and support to clients experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility, developing individualized case plans, coordinating services, supporting housing pathways, connecting clients with income assistance, and engaging vulnerable people through flexible, trauma-informed approaches.

Supports primary school-aged children and caregivers affected by homelessness or family violence to improve school engagement and attendance. The role provides child-centred case management, educational assessments, advocacy, referrals, caregiver and school capacity building, training, stakeholder collaboration, service coordination, recordkeeping, and mentoring across Launch Housing programs.

Provides administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR systems, compliance checks, shared inboxes, and employee queries. Coordinates learning and development logistics, external training providers, LMS maintenance, attendance tracking, and reporting. Supports broader People team initiatives, manages invoices and documentation, handles confidential information, and contributes to process improvements and a positive employee experience.
