Teams at Launch Housing

Supports primary school-aged children and caregivers affected by homelessness or family violence to improve school engagement and attendance. The role provides child-centred case management, educational assessments, advocacy, referrals, caregiver and school capacity building, training, stakeholder collaboration, service coordination, recordkeeping, and mentoring across Launch Housing programs.

Provides intensive, outreach-based case management to families and children experiencing housing insecurity. The role assesses eligibility, develops and implements strengths-based case plans, supports families to maintain safe housing, maximizes access to government assistance, and connects clients with education, health, employment, training, and community services. Case Managers use family-oriented and child-centred approaches, collaborate with external stakeholders, and engage vulnerable clients through flexible support strategies.

Coordinate the Education First Youth Foyer program, supervise Youth Development Workers, and ensure consistent 24/7 support for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Responsibilities include maintaining practice framework fidelity, developing partner relationships, supporting staff performance and training, promoting an Advantaged Thinking culture, and driving continuous program improvement and positive student outcomes.
