Provides front-desk, clerical, documentation, and office support for logistics teams. Responsibilities include handling calls and visitors, assisting customers and vendors, managing mail, invoices, supplies, meetings, and shipments, and uploading customs and shipping documents into AS/400. The role also supports bills of lading, check deliveries, office events, and general logistics administration.

The Ocean Export Representative manages client communications regarding shipment specifications, bookings with carriers, pricing rates, and ensures compliance with important shipping dates. They collaborate with agents and departments to optimize service and pricing for international cargo transport.

Coordinates ocean export shipments from quoting and carrier selection through booking, documentation, routing, and delivery arrangements. Communicates with clients, pricing teams, carriers, agents, and vendors; reviews rates, tariffs, contracts, and booking details; tracks critical port, rail, VGM, documentation, and AES deadlines; identifies discrepancies and arranges trucking when needed.
