Lead and grow an analog/mixed-signal IC design team to define roadmap, architect and verify analog blocks, integrate them into complex chips, perform post-silicon characterization and debug, and collaborate cross-functionally while driving best practices and mentoring engineers to volume production.

Develop constrained-random testbenches and test plans from design specs, implement and execute tests, debug issues, analyze and collate results to closure, and document findings.

Provide technical customer enablement for Lattice programmable logic devices: debug devices/IP/software, create demos and reference designs, develop documentation, test software releases, support product definition, and deliver trainings and presentations.
