Implement and validate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security controls for a federal health customer. Responsibilities include securing IAM, networks, encryption, monitoring, Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Security Advisor, threat intelligence, key management, SIEM integrations, and Infrastructure as Code automation. The engineer will collaborate with cloud operations, migration, application, and systems teams while establishing technical security standards for cloud and on-premises environments.

Build and operate batch and streaming data pipelines on Google Cloud for analytics and machine learning. Ingest, transform, validate, and curate datasets in BigQuery; implement data quality, governance, security, monitoring, Terraform infrastructure, and CI/CD. Provide technical direction, lead code reviews, and document data processes. The role requires cloud data engineering experience, technical team leadership, strong SQL and Python skills, and eligibility for a federal Public Trust investigation.

Manage financial governance and cost optimization for GCP and OCI environments supporting a federal health customer. Build cloud-spend dashboards, budgets, alerts, tagging standards, forecasts, and leadership reports. Identify savings through rightsizing, committed-use evaluations, and architecture changes while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP High and NIST 800-53. Lead technical teams and provide cloud financial-management direction in a fully remote role.
