Coordinates daily data production, vendor activities, staffing plans, performance reporting, dashboards, issue resolution, and process improvements. Responsibilities include architecting safe-state strategies, power sequencing, thermal monitoring, watchdog systems, low-level drivers, diagnostic frameworks, and HALs for ARM-based SoCs. The role requires FreeRTOS or SafeRTOS expertise, ISO 26262 ASIL-B/C knowledge, register-level debugging, hardware-software safety integration, code reviews, failure analysis, and mentoring engineers.

Manage all company immigration and global mobility needs: assess visa options, prepare and track filings with external counsel, maintain immigration records, ensure compliance, run audits, and oversee the international travel program and related policies and risk management.

Execute complex vehicle test missions independently, manage vehicle software and diagnostics, triage and report bugs in Jira, validate firmware and instrumentation, troubleshoot hardware and wiring, capture high-fidelity data, coach small teams, and drive long-distance test missions with occasional travel.

Develop spatio-temporal machine learning models for automated driving, collaborate with experts on algorithm design, and ensure production-level implementation of perception systems.
