Leads the organization’s individual giving strategy, including major gifts, annual funds, donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, and fundraising campaigns. Manages donor portfolios and pipelines, partners with leadership and the Board, and uses CRM data and analytics to improve performance. Oversees donor communications, segmentation, cultivation, solicitation, and engagement while supporting budgeting and revenue forecasting. Requires extensive nonprofit fundraising experience, strong relationship-building skills, and occasional evening, weekend, and local or regional travel.

Leads strategic and operational oversight for youth programs in Prince George’s County. Manages staff and budgets, monitors outcomes, supports grant compliance and data-driven improvement, develops community and government partnerships, advocates for youth-focused initiatives, and ensures high-quality services. Requires nonprofit management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, flexible scheduling, background clearances, and local or regional travel.
