Owns finance and business operations, including bookkeeping, month-end close, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, spend management, payroll support, expenses, insurance, vendor administration, and corporate records. The role operates QuickBooks Online, Brex, and Rippling directly while building scalable policies, controls, and processes. It partners with finance, sales, customer success, people, leadership, vendors, and external accounting providers to maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient business operations.

Lead multiple product engineering teams, mentor engineering leads, hire and develop engineers, define technical strategy and roadmaps, align teams with product and business priorities, and establish engineering management practices as the organization grows.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll own the design, development, and operation of production-grade ML systems in clinical workflows, ensuring model accuracy, reliability, and integration into patient-facing applications.
