Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, partnering with sales and other GTM leaders to define hiring plans, anticipate headcount needs, source and close talent, advise on compensation and leveling, and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience. The role focuses primarily on building enterprise sales teams while supporting marketing and select general and administrative hiring in a fast-growing environment.

Build and execute Latent’s security roadmap across cloud, AI, data, application, product, IT, and incident response. The role develops security automations, IAM workflows, secure SDLC practices, AWS and CI/CD hardening, vulnerability management, endpoint controls, and incident detections. It partners closely with engineering, product, legal, GTM, IT, and employees to secure healthcare and AI systems while enabling rapid business growth.

Lead the strategy, architecture, and team responsible for production AI agents and intelligence systems for clinical and operational workflows. Own the Latent Agent harness, evaluation systems, shared AI foundations, reliability, monitoring, and service-level objectives. Guide build-versus-buy and model development decisions, partner with Product and business leaders, and hire and develop a high-performing applied AI organization focused on measurable outcomes.
