As Head of Lab Platform, you will lead the integration of AI workflows with experimental biology, overseeing lab automation, guiding scientists, and enhancing high-throughput capabilities.

Design and prototype generative ML models for protein design, build and maintain ML data pipelines and infrastructure, optimize training/inference on cloud accelerators, collaborate with protein engineers and biologists to plan wet-lab testing and iterate models based on experimental results, and share research externally.

Lead business development for pharmaceutical partnerships, drive negotiations, create scalable deal structures, and develop repeatable processes for growth.
