As a Rotordynamics Engineer, you will analyze and design rotating assemblies for gas turbine systems, ensuring safety and reliability at high RPM.

Design and implement repeatable manufacturing processes for aircraft structures and propulsion prototypes. Plan production schedules, optimize shop layout and machine use, manage suppliers and inventory, create work instructions and quality controls, support rapid prototyping and scale to low-volume production while tracking manufacturing metrics and driving continuous improvement.

The FADEC Engineer will design and implement the digital engine control system, focusing on sensing, control logic, embedded software, and system integration. Responsibilities include signal processing, control algorithms, actuation safety, and testing support.

The role involves aerodynamic design and analysis of turbine components, CFD simulations, and blade shape optimization, focusing on turbine performance.

Create and maintain detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical components and assemblies, apply DFM principles, manage complex assemblies and BOMs, ensure compliance with standards/GD&T, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing, manage CAD data in PDM, and support design reviews.

Lead hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of gas turbine-based propulsion systems. Develop procedures, design mounts and hardware, build test stands, implement instrumentation, integrate sensors and data acquisition, support startups, troubleshooting, teardowns, failure analysis, and generate build and test documentation.
