Drive pipeline for North America through high-volume outbound calls and emails, prospecting and qualifying leads, collaborating with Account Executives and marketing to generate and convert sales conversations, and contributing to BDR go-to-market strategy while positioning LastPass product capabilities.

Leads global partner marketing across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Develops regional strategies, partner account plans, recruitment campaigns, localized content, webinars, events, and co-marketing programs to drive revenue and partner engagement. Collaborates with sales, product, partner success, and corporate marketing teams. Measures campaign performance and budget ROI, recommends improvements, and represents LastPass at trade shows and partner events.

Own the full customer renewal cycle, including outreach, forecasting, negotiation, contract execution, and renewal close. Manage a high-volume book of business, maintain accurate forecasts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, mitigate churn, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Support, and Revenue Operations. Engage procurement leaders, IT decision-makers, and economic buyers to drive customer retention and account growth.
