Drive pipeline for North America through high-volume outbound calls and emails, prospecting and qualifying leads, collaborating with Account Executives and marketing to generate and convert sales conversations, and contributing to BDR go-to-market strategy while positioning LastPass product capabilities.

Lead technical support content strategy across LastPass products and digital support channels. Create documentation, in-product help, chatbot content, UI messaging, and self-service resources. Define scalable content frameworks, improve searchability through metadata and taxonomy, use analytics and AI to identify gaps, coordinate localization, and partner with engineering, product, UX, and support teams in an Agile distributed environment.

Develop and expand LastPass’s APAC reseller channel by acquiring strategic partners, growing existing relationships, driving net-new revenue, and executing channel strategies. Build executive-level stakeholder relationships, lead joint go-to-market planning, negotiate commercial agreements, coordinate partner enablement with internal teams, and accurately forecast partner-driven pipeline and revenue. The role requires extensive travel across APAC and operates within a remote-first SaaS cybersecurity environment.
