Responsible for full-cycle accounting for a Romanian legal entity, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, GAAP compliance, tax deadlines, audits, and statutory financial statements. The role also supports accounting process improvements and AI automation while working with the Finance Manager and auditors.

Build and scale n8n automation workflows and custom AI solutions for business processes. Integrate LLM platforms, develop RAG knowledge systems, NLP tools, generative AI applications, chatbots, recommendation engines, and insight dashboards. Maintain production systems, troubleshoot performance, manage secure integrations, and collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams. The role requires hands-on AI development experience and proficiency in Python or JavaScript, cloud platforms, containers, APIs, and software delivery practices.

Lead the transformation of customer service platforms, including Zendesk implementation, workflow redesign, AI and automation initiatives, migration, testing, cutover, and post-launch optimization. Translate operational needs into process models, requirements, roadmaps, and releases while coordinating CS Operations, Product, IT, Data, and Machine Learning teams. Establish reporting and KPI frameworks, drive adoption through training and change management, and measure business impact.
