Coordinate Liberia’s 24-month near-vision glasses scale-up across nine counties. Responsibilities include supporting field implementation, screening and distribution quality assurance, CHA refresher training, supervision visits, logistics, data management using DHIS2 and standardized tools, evaluation, advocacy, stakeholder coordination, and continuous learning. The role partners closely with the Ministry of Health, County Health Teams, community health workers, educational institutions, and implementing partners to expand access to vision screening and reading glasses.

Provide on-site technical support and coordination across Liberia: manage voice/data networks, administer digital accounts, support procurement and asset management, implement security standards, train and coach staff, and coordinate with Global IT to deploy and maintain IT systems and workflows.

Design and develop digital data collection tools (ODK/Kobo), manage and clean program datasets, support DHIS2 and Looker Studio dashboards, lead data quality assurance and field data collection, apply AI-enabled methods to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, produce visualizations and reports, and translate findings into program recommendations to strengthen MERL and decision-making.
