Teams at Last Mile Health

Provide day-to-day operational support for Last Mile Health Ethiopia: manage staff travel and visas, plan events, handle procurement and vendor management, maintain asset and inventory records, integrate with finance for payments and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with organizational, local, and donor requirements to enable smooth program delivery.

Design and develop digital data collection tools (ODK/Kobo), manage and clean program datasets, support DHIS2 and Looker Studio dashboards, lead data quality assurance and field data collection, apply AI-enabled methods to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, produce visualizations and reports, and translate findings into program recommendations to strengthen MERL and decision-making.

Lead and support MERL activities for Malawi programs: design and implement research protocols and surveys, manage data collection systems, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, produce reports and visualizations, maintain MERL databases and SOPs, collaborate with program teams, Ministries of Health, and global MERL colleagues to drive evidence use and learning.
