Provide on-site technical support and coordination across Liberia: manage voice/data networks, administer digital accounts, support procurement and asset management, implement security standards, train and coach staff, and coordinate with Global IT to deploy and maintain IT systems and workflows.

Design and develop digital data collection tools (ODK/Kobo), manage and clean program datasets, support DHIS2 and Looker Studio dashboards, lead data quality assurance and field data collection, apply AI-enabled methods to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, produce visualizations and reports, and translate findings into program recommendations to strengthen MERL and decision-making.

Lead design, development, deployment, and optimization of multilingual, multimodal, offline-first AI systems for Health Extension Workers. Build and maintain LLMs, RAG/Graph RAG pipelines, agentic AI workflows, voice interfaces, and scalable on-premise/cloud infrastructures. Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps automation, mentor teams, and collaborate with government and program stakeholders to deliver production-ready digital health AI solutions.
