Manages fundraising and donor partnership projects, including prospect research, briefings, proposals, due diligence, stewardship, events, and donor engagement. Coordinates cross-functional contributors and senior leaders, develops cultivation strategies, improves business development processes, maintains Salesforce pipeline data, and ensures timely, high-quality deliverables. The role also supports conference participation and integrates equity considerations into funding decisions.

Provide on-site technical support and coordination across Liberia: manage voice/data networks, administer digital accounts, support procurement and asset management, implement security standards, train and coach staff, and coordinate with Global IT to deploy and maintain IT systems and workflows.
