The Finance and Operations Consultant will oversee financial management, ensure compliance with regulations, conduct analysis, and support operational efficiency for the Achieve Project in Malawi.

Design and develop digital data collection tools (ODK/Kobo), manage and clean program datasets, support DHIS2 and Looker Studio dashboards, lead data quality assurance and field data collection, apply AI-enabled methods to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, produce visualizations and reports, and translate findings into program recommendations to strengthen MERL and decision-making.
