Manage multiple hardware development projects from concept to market, create and maintain schedules and project plans, identify and mitigate technical risks, report status to stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage vendors and supply chain, and drive projects to successful, on-time delivery.

The role involves supporting capital formation, investor engagement, and managing financial initiatives while enhancing commercial opportunities within the energy sector.

Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle: administer HRIS, manage benefits and equity platforms, build performance and compliance processes, coordinate relocations/visa/background checks, oversee onboarding/offboarding and employee experience, and partner with leadership, legal, and finance to scale people processes.
