Run day-to-day operational backbone: vendor and facilities management, insurance and compliance calendars, IT and security coordination, lease and space planning, asset inventory, dashboards for KPIs, and support C-suite. Manage external service providers, lead ops standups, and oversee event logistics and special projects.

Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle: administer HRIS, manage benefits and equity platforms, build performance and compliance processes, coordinate relocations/visa/background checks, oversee onboarding/offboarding and employee experience, and partner with leadership, legal, and finance to scale people processes.

The role involves conceptual design, CAD modeling, prototyping, and collaborating on industrial hardware solutions for a micro nuclear power plant.
