Owns the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor payments, credit card reconciliations, expense coding, vendor records, and 1099 reporting. Supports month-end close, audits, variance analysis, spend reporting, and budget projections. Drives procure-to-pay automation, process improvements, and internal controls while resolving issues cross-functionally and monitoring AP performance metrics.

Leads complex customer implementations from discovery through deployment. Translates business needs into scalable solutions, builds and tests integrations, creates technical documentation, troubleshoots issues, trains users, and manages escalations. Provides technical reviews and mentorship while improving internal tools. Uses AI and agentic automation responsibly, including prototyping solutions, defining guardrails, and validating outputs.

Implements and deploys Laserfiche solutions for small- to medium-sized client projects. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing configurations, installing and licensing software, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, training, client communication, and post-deployment support. The role also manages smaller projects, including timelines, budgets, status reporting, stakeholder coordination, closeout, and retrospectives, while supporting other Solutions Engineers and testing new product releases.
