Process end-to-end billing, quotes, orders, amendments, subscriptions, software purchases, and professional services transactions for direct customers and channel partners. Maintain billing and CRM systems, validate partner agreement compliance, apply approved pricing adjustments, communicate with customers, support accounts receivable reporting, resolve billing issues, and identify improvements to billing operations. The role also supports renewals, international teams, system migrations, and employee training.

Lead month-end and quarter-end close, complex journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, revenue accounting, and IFRS compliance. Manage SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606, foreign currency translations, accounting policies, audits, and process improvements. Analyze financial data, support management decisions, and mentor junior accountants while maintaining accurate global financial reporting.

Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of Zuora and Salesforce quote-to-cash solutions. Manage product catalogs, pricing, quoting, billing, contracts, renewals, integrations, testing, releases, and performance improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and IT to deliver scalable subscription-management capabilities across enterprise systems.
