Supports business development and strategy through competitive research, market comparisons, business intelligence, and performance reporting. Analyzes gaming, tourism, hotel, and revenue data to evaluate markets, expansions, property opportunities, and competition. Maintains industry databases, prepares corporate and board reporting materials, and uses generative AI, automation, and analytical tools to improve research and workflow efficiency.

Designs, deploys, and supports hybrid enterprise infrastructure spanning on-premises networks, servers, virtualization, containers, and Azure cloud platforms. Manages networking, security controls, identity integration, monitoring, automation, infrastructure as code, and application deployment environments. Collaborates with software, DevOps, cybersecurity, and operations teams to improve availability, resilience, release processes, and operational readiness. Troubleshoots infrastructure and application deployment issues and documents operational procedures. Occasional travel to Nevada and Texas sites is required.

Assists assigned corporate departments with projects, meetings, operational functions, and process learning under mentor and manager guidance. Interns may work in cybersecurity, HR, treasury, sustainability, compliance, IT, procurement, or legal. Responsibilities include following company policies, maintaining professional conduct, working scheduled shifts, and completing related duties. The role requires current college or graduate enrollment, relevant academic experience, communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility for varied shifts and holidays.
