Leads electrical engineering design for complex federal projects, coordinating design activities, schedules, budgets, construction documents, calculations, specifications, estimates, and final QA/QC reviews. Provides technical leadership, supports project delivery, applies applicable codes and standards, and mentors engineering associates and interns. Requires a relevant ABET-accredited engineering degree, 12 years of experience, and a Professional Engineer license.

Provides technical leadership for complex electrical engineering projects, including independent design, construction documents, design calculations, technical specifications, cost estimates, scheduling, budgeting, and final QA/QC reviews. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards, develops proposals and labor estimates, and mentors engineering associates and interns. Requires a Professional Engineer license and extensive experience delivering projects within established budgets and schedules.

Designs data, voice, structured cabling, electronic security, and audiovisual low-voltage systems from concept through construction documents. Collaborates with clients, architects, and engineers; prepares technical specifications, calculations, estimates, schedules, budgets, and proposals; performs QA/QC reviews; and supports project-site activities. The role also requires knowledge of BICSI, TIA, and UFC standards, software proficiency, client communication, and mentoring capabilities.
