Assist with scopes, schedules, budgets, cost tracking/EVM, contract administration, quality reviews, reporting, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication while applying PMI-aligned project management practices.

Entry-level hydraulic designer supporting NCDOT bridge and culvert projects. Prepares hydraulic computations, drainage layouts, hydraulic modeling, technical reports, plan drawings, and specifications using CADD and OpenRoads Designer. Applies NCDOT standards, supports QA/QC, and maintains project documentation under senior engineer guidance.

Lead and perform highway planning and design tasks, produce construction documents, conduct QA/QC reviews, perform design calculations and cost estimates, develop schedules and budgets, and mentor engineering staff to deliver projects to completion.
