Communicate with clients, maintain compliant working papers, use accounting software, and support high-quality client service. The role offers training and support toward ACA or ACCA qualifications.

Assist with statutory audit planning and completion, perform audit testing, prepare working papers and financial statements, analyze accounting records, communicate with clients, and support compliance with audit standards and firm policies. The role also involves reporting to senior audit staff, participating in professional development, and supporting less experienced team members.

Manage bookkeeping, VAT compliance, month-end processes, management accounts, cashflow reporting, and financial insights for a portfolio of clients. Review colleagues’ work, ensure accuracy, improve finance systems and reporting, support Making Tax Digital requirements, and act as a trusted client contact. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and helping develop the Fractional Finance service line.
