Assembles, integrates, tests, and documents qualification and flight hardware for space missions. Responsibilities include cleanroom AIT operations, thermal hardware integration, crane and MGSE operation, procedure and technical report preparation, partner coordination, and continuous improvement of AIT processes. The role requires aerospace or space-sector expertise, production management experience, familiarity with ESA and ECSS standards, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to European test centers.

Own configuration management across the lifecycle of complex space systems. Establish baselines, version control, status accounting, and traceability; lead change control boards and engineering change, deviation, and waiver processes; manage technical data in ERP, PLM, and PDM systems; support documentation releases, audits, reviews, metrics, and multidisciplinary international teams while ensuring compliance with ECSS, ISO, and customer requirements.

Manage and maintain system and customer requirements for deployable space structures. Ensure requirements traceability and flow-down, define verification strategies and VCDs, coordinate change control and technical impact assessments, support design reviews, verification campaigns, and produce verification evidence across multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
