Lead LAP’s content strategy and production across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Develop creative direction, recurring formats, and brand storytelling; produce videos end to end from concept through publication; identify trends; grow the audience; and collaborate with founders, Growth, and Brand. The role requires being comfortable on camera, moving quickly, understanding business context, and eventually building the content team and playbook.

Owns end-to-end retail store fit-out projects across Germany, from site assessment and contractor tendering through budget control, construction supervision, snagging, and handover. The role also builds expansion processes, manages portfolio maintenance, improves store layouts and equipment, and coordinates multiple parallel projects. Regular travel to construction sites is required.
