Lead process engineering for ethanol-to-SAF and renewable diesel projects from feasibility through startup. Develop process design packages, mass and energy balances, equipment specs, PFDs/P&IDs, support HAZOP/PHAs, commissioning, troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring regulatory, safety, and client requirements are met.

Develop and review process simulations, mass and energy balances, PFDs/P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process design documents. Collaborate with EPCs and partners, support commissioning/startup, perform field visits and PHAs, and contribute to feasibility/techno-economic and sustainability analyses for ethanol-to-SAF and renewable diesel projects.

Lead development, optimization, and troubleshooting of SAF production processes. Manage process improvements, MOC and PSSRs, plant expansions, and technology integrations. Ensure safety, regulatory and environmental compliance, analyze process data, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.
