Lead commercial effectiveness for the prostate franchise, partnering with field leadership to design and execute strategy, improve field team performance, implement change management, align marketing and sales, and drive national account engagement. Provide insights on market dynamics, develop best practices and tools, and promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales targets and organizational transformation.

Manage supplier quality lifecycle for domestic and international suppliers (CMOs, APIs, raw materials, 3PLs). Serve as primary contact for 3PL/pharma partners, oversee supplier performance, lead supplier qualification/onboarding, handle deviations and CAPAs, support supplier change control, audits, and metrics reporting, and drive continuous improvement to maintain compliant vendor management and supply risk mitigation.

Lead commercial partnership strategy and channel relationships for radiopharmaceutical PET manufacturing and distribution. Negotiate contracts, drive partner performance, support product launches, analyze channel performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve strategic and financial goals while ensuring regulatory and operational alignment.
