Support teachers by working one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce literacy and math instruction, ensure student safety, assist with library services, communicate with families, follow IEPs/RTI guidance, and perform other duties to support student learning.

Work alongside teachers to support one-on-one and small-group literacy and math instruction, ensure student safety, assist with library services, build relationships with students and families, follow IEP guidance, and perform assigned duties including physical assistance and routine documentation.

Provide differentiated ESL support and classroom assistance for English Learners, deliver small-group or individual tutoring, maintain records for progress monitoring, facilitate family-school communication, and support students' social, emotional, and acculturation needs across district Language Assistance Program sites.
