Work alongside teachers to support one-on-one and small-group literacy and math instruction, ensure student safety, assist with library services, build relationships with students and families, follow IEP guidance, and perform assigned duties including physical assistance and routine documentation.

Coach and recruit a full middle school volleyball team, run practices and tryouts, ensure student academic eligibility, organize schedules and equipment, provide offseason training and in-season tutoring, and follow MHSAA and district policies.

Oversee and manage all home athletic programs: supervise events, recruit athletes and operations staff, hire officials, manage tickets, host visitors, and coordinate schedules with school administration to support district mission.
