The Sales Operations Manager will implement and drive adoption of sales processes, methodologies, tools, and best practices across Business Development and Account Management teams. Responsibilities include improving sales analytics through HubSpot, supporting product and service launches, standardizing presentations and demos, implementing AI-enabled tools, and establishing training standards. Success requires strong change-management, analytical, communication, and emotional-intelligence skills to improve sales performance and embed new ways of working.

Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management of LanguageWire’s Core Platform products within its TMS ecosystem. Collaborate with engineering, commercial, customer success, support, leadership, customers, and partners to develop platform services, reporting, integrations, and AI capabilities. Prioritize opportunities, improve adoption and reliability, support operational excellence, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes including retention, efficiency, and revenue growth.
