The Director of Product Development leads product vision and strategy, manages product launches, and collaborates across multiple teams to enhance LanguageLine's products and services, focusing on customer satisfaction and innovation.

Oversee contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, execution administration, and compliance. Supervise and develop contract team, provide guidance and training, partner with sales and legal, track metrics, and lead process improvements and special projects.

Prepare, maintain, validate, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports for Customer Success, Sales, and stakeholders. Extract and consolidate data, review outputs for accuracy and clarity, follow documented processes, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain reporting documentation and trackers to support continuous improvement.
