Provide professional Swahili-English interpretation for Limited English Proficient clients across various settings. Interpreters facilitate clear communication, maintain confidentiality, follow professional conduct and interpretation protocols, meet client clearance requirements, provide strong customer service, and report promptly to accepted on-site assignments. Personal or public transportation is required. Full fluency in English and Swahili is required; professional interpreting experience and industry certifications are preferred.

Provide on-site French-English interpretation for limited-English-proficient individuals across various settings. Responsibilities include facilitating communication, maintaining confidentiality, following professional interpretation standards, delivering excellent customer service, completing client-requested clearance requirements, and arriving promptly at accepted assignments. Interpreters must have access to transportation and preferably possess at least one year of professional interpreting experience and industry certifications such as CMI or CCHI.

Provide on-site Vietnamese interpretation in medical, legal, and customer-service settings; follow professional conduct and confidentiality; complete trainings and quality assurance; deliver high-quality client service and adhere to agency policies and interpretation protocols.
