Coordinates customer and carrier communications, pickup and delivery appointments, shipment tracking, order updates, inventory support, documentation, reporting, issue resolution, and process improvements. The role supports transportation operations, maintains accurate logistics records, resolves scheduling disruptions, and promotes efficient customer-focused service in office and warehouse environments.

Own enterprise client relationships across onboarding, implementation, retention, revenue growth, and service expansion for cold-chain warehousing and freight services. Lead QBRs, KPI reporting, contract and invoicing governance, consultative expansion, and voice-of-customer initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with operations, IT, engineering, and executives while mentoring Strategic Account Representatives. Support regulated life sciences and commercial clients through supply chain solutions, operational issue resolution, and executive-level relationship management.

Tracks and manages customer and carrier shipments, ensuring pickups and deliveries meet expectations. Investigates delays and suspect shipments, escalates transportation issues, updates shipment records, responds to emails and portal entries, and coordinates with customer service, dispatch, and supply chain compliance teams. The role requires accurate data entry, timely communication, problem resolution, adherence to tracking and security procedures, and participation in daily meetings. Work is primarily remote, with required Indianapolis-area training and quarterly in-person meetings.
