Provide attentive front-of-house service in the Chinese restaurant: greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, check on guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness and table settings, follow hotel service standards and food safety, and assist colleagues as needed.

Assist the head pastry chef in planning and producing baked goods and desserts, supervise pastry team, maintain quality and food safety, manage inventory and ordering, support training and shift management, and help ensure smooth pastry kitchen operations for a hotel property.

Oversee daily operations of the Chinese restaurant, manage and train service staff, ensure high guest satisfaction and service standards, coordinate with kitchen, handle scheduling, inventory and quality control, and maintain health and safety compliance.
