Supports the GSO-Australia sales team by handling sales inquiries, drafting proposals and contracts, entering data in Delphi and Opera, coordinating sales trips and tradeshows, arranging appointments, tracking hosted-event attendance, and supporting corporate programs. The role ensures timely responses to leads and assists sales managers with industry events and related administrative activities.

Manage group reservations, enquiries, cancellations, rates, room blocks, rooming lists, and contracts for large groups. Support the Reservations Manager, maximise room revenue, maintain service standards, and assist the Sales team with on-site meetings. The role requires strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, hospitality presentation, and hotel property management system experience.

Assists the bar manager with daily operations for the lounge and bar, focusing on guest satisfaction, colleague welfare, cost control, and profitability. Collaborates on developing, maintaining, and regularly updating beverage and wine menus based on market needs, while analyzing item performance and profit margins.
