As a DevRel Engineer, you'll create quality content, enhance documentation, engage with the developer community, and expand Langfuse's presence in LLM ops.

The designer will enhance user experience by improving web application designs, creating reusable UI elements, and simplifying user flows, collaborating closely with engineers.

Serve as the primary technical partner for 10–20 strategic accounts: onboard, drive production readiness, provide architecture guidance for LLM systems, lead escalations, build prototypes and reusable templates, and convert customer signals into product, docs, and GTM enablement.

Own strategic relationships for 10–20 large accounts, drive production readiness and adoption of Langfuse, lead escalations, translate customer signal into product, docs, and GTM enablement, and build reusable prototypes and guides.

Own and ship full-stack product features end-to-end for an open-source LLM observability platform: design specs, implement frontend and backend work (TypeScript/React, ClickHouse, Python), talk to users, write docs, and improve developer experience while collaborating in a small engineering team.

Build and maintain growth-focused product features and analytics. Own data stack (PostHog, BigQuery, DBT, Metabase), run experiments to improve funnel and activation, ship full‑stack improvements across frontend and backend, and create growth loops to increase adoption and expansion.

Own and improve Langfuse SDKs (Python and TypeScript), ensuring reliability, performance, API design, integrations with AI frameworks, OpenTelemetry support, documentation, and developer experience.

Build and optimize performant React UIs for large LLM traces, own frontend architecture and components, collaborate with designers, ship end-to-end features, and connect/extend tRPC APIs.

Own and scale the ingestion pipeline and backend abstractions for high-throughput AI tracing data. Optimize ClickHouse schemas and queries, operate Langfuse Cloud and self-hosted deployments, and build infrastructure-heavy features that enable product engineers to ship data-heavy capabilities.
