Twelve-month, fully onsite AI Associate program in Berlin focused primarily on resolving customer support tickets involving LLM behavior, APIs, integrations, enterprise compliance, billing, and access control. The role investigates technical issues, explains AI concepts clearly, escalates bugs, supports customer adoption, and takes on cross-team projects such as workshops, documentation, sales calls, and internal AI tooling. Strong performers may transition to a permanent business-team role.

Own enterprise contract negotiations, including SaaS agreements, DPAs, security and AI terms. Advise on AI, data protection, DORA, NIS2, Data Act, employment and corporate law. Support cloud-services contracting, data protection, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance. Build AI-powered legal workflows, agents, playbooks and evaluations while partnering directly with customers and internal product teams.

Serve as the Co-CEO’s right hand by managing cross-company projects, preparing decisions, following through on strategic workstreams, shaping thought leadership, coordinating executive engagement, and supporting policy and European AI ecosystem initiatives. The role requires strong judgment, writing, communication, discretion, project management, and the ability to operate across complex, fast-moving contexts.
