Leads full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Partners with managers and HR to fulfill hiring needs, develops talent pipelines, monitors market trends and sourcing channels, supports recruiting communications and employer brand reach, and reports talent acquisition metrics.

Manages and delivers traffic and transportation engineering projects, including traffic and parking studies, transportation planning, event management, traffic signal, roadway design, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and client coordination. Oversees junior staff, supports business development, prepares technical documents and proposals, and collaborates with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Performs transportation planning, traffic engineering analysis, traffic impact and parking studies, roadway and traffic signal design, permitting, and preparation of engineering reports and design documents. Uses SYNCHRO, HCS, and civil design software while collaborating on land development and infrastructure projects. Requires a civil engineering degree, EIT certification or FE registration, related internship or professional experience, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.
