Develop and support scalable Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, REST and Graph API integrations, and Azure integration services. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, maintain custom connectors, troubleshoot existing integrations, and produce documentation and user guidance. Desirable experience includes Dynamics 365 F&O, X++, PowerShell, Python, data warehousing, and Microsoft Fabric.

Assists CCTV field operations for water and wastewater systems by operating machinery and tools, completing electronic site documentation, following safe working procedures, reporting hazards, maintaining equipment, and complying with health and safety requirements. Full training is provided for relevant certifications and site activities.

Liaise with Yorkshire Water customers about planned and reactive wastewater network work. Coordinate with planners and customer excellence teams, resolve queries, update customer management systems, handle complaints, meet response service levels, complete administrative tasks, and help improve the customer journey.
