The role investigates outstanding balances, completes chargeback and adjustment forms, verifies customer information, and follows issues through resolution while working independently in a remote environment.

Develop and support web and enterprise applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, Python, Blazor, SQL Server, and MongoDB. Build REST APIs and Power Automate workflows, troubleshoot production issues, conduct testing and code reviews, support deployments, and document technical work. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams while responsibly using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and maintainability.

Performs software quality assurance for enterprise ERP projects by designing and executing test plans, cases, functional and regression tests; analyzing SQL queries; tracking defects; validating fixes; and reporting test metrics. The role collaborates with development and program management teams, supports test automation, improves QA standards, mentors analysts, serves as an application subject matter expert, and assists with project planning and SQA tool implementation.
