The Staff Surveyor oversees boundary resolution and data quality in land surveying projects, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy, while coordinating field efforts and mentoring junior staff.

Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS/ATS administration, employee relations, performance and talent management, compliance with federal/state employment law, and HR program execution.

Support project planning, coordination, and execution for surveying projects. Assist with project plans, budgets, client communication, team coordination, quality assurance, documentation, procurement, safety compliance, and occasional site visits. Work closely with Project Manager and survey crews to ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-effective deliverables.
