Lead conceptual and visual design for medium- to large-scale branding projects across digital, print, and experiential channels. Translate brand strategy into scalable visual systems, collaborate with clients and internal teams, present creative concepts, support production, mentor junior designers, and contribute to innovative design strategies. The role requires strong branding expertise, cross-platform design capability, and comfort using emerging AI tools.

Develop brand and design concepts across identity, packaging, retail, digital, social, and campaign touchpoints. Build visual systems, toolkits, and guidelines; collaborate with senior creatives, strategists, clients, and production partners; present and refine work; manage project deadlines; and support pitches and new business. Apply accessibility, sustainability, legal, regulatory, and production considerations while using emerging and AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Lead strategic thinking for global brand accounts, translating qualitative and quantitative research into brand positioning, growth recommendations, strategic platforms, and compelling client presentations. Build senior client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets and delivery, support pitches and account growth, and apply AI tools and modern research methods to improve strategic effectiveness.
