Manages resource planning, capacity management, freelance coordination, staffing, and operational processes for a creative studio. Partners with Resource, People, Finance, and leadership teams to monitor staffing needs, balance capacity and costs, support onboarding, maintain systems and reporting, coordinate training, and improve employee and project operations.

Lead creative direction for corporate branding, visual identity, and brand system projects from concept through execution. Translate business and brand strategy into distinctive visual identities, scalable systems, and integrated brand experiences. Direct art across typography, photography, illustration, digital, motion, 3D, and AI-assisted content. Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams, present to senior clients, champion creative excellence, and mentor studio talent.
