Develops creative design solutions for corporate and enterprise clients across digital, print, and experiential channels. Collaborates with clients, design teams, and production partners to deliver brand-consistent work, manage multiple projects, meet timelines, and contribute to critiques. Responsibilities include conceptual thinking, visual identity execution, trend awareness, hand sketching, and creating motion graphics and digital content. The role is hybrid in London, with approximately four office days per week.

Create 2D and 3D motion designs, animations, video edits, brand films, social content, and campaign assets for global brands. Collaborate with designers, strategists, and creatives to develop compelling motion narratives across digital products, campaigns, experiences, and social platforms. Apply strong animation, editing, pacing, storytelling, and visual craft skills while working across multiple clients and styles.

Leads conceptual exploration and delivers high-quality brand design from research through production across digital, print, packaging, and experiential channels. Collaborates with clients and multidisciplinary teams, manages multiple projects, provides creative feedback, and mentors junior designers. The role requires strong FMCG packaging experience, strategic thinking, sophisticated craft, presentation skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Mural, Photoshop, and AI tools.
